Colonial Diner

Once again, lead designer Josh Nathanson creates Colonial Diner with the influence of owner, Constantine Katsifis to re-invent the Colonial Diner the only way Americana Hospitality knows how to - a modern twist on a classical concept proving both a fun and functional restaurant. Instead of following only traditional Colonial Style elements such as silhouettes, and stone faced building from, visually stimulating pieces are also incorporated such as green hedges highlighting the Colonial Diner name, a décor typically seen in California.

Classic black booths with white buttons, checkerboard bathrooms and modern murals keep your eye’s attention. Earthy home like tiles, classic silhouettes, intricate crown molding and dark wood bring you back to the past. Colonial Diner finally takes its’ place alongside it’s sister locations, Skylark Fine Diner and Lounge in Edison and Americana Diner and Lounge in East Windsor. In a phrase, Colonial Diner is “Colonial Williamsburg, VA meets 1940s Hollywood Glamour.” Great food, great service and casually meeting all your needs in a comfortable environment.

Finally – We welcome Colonial Diner: A “Revolutionary” Dining Experience.
