Americana Hospitality Group is expanding into Jersey City with our dedication to excellent guest service. Owner Constantine Katsifis says about our guests experience “We are not casual about casual dining. Favorites from our Skylark Edison menu and new creations will be served. Dishes include our small batch fluffy pancakes, hand formed Steak House Burger and delectable Crab and Avocado Stack and new dishes like the mouth-watering Grilled Rib-Eye and Barolo Braised Short Ribs.
